Contact Person
You aim to improve the driving ability of your drivers. Cito and VVCR offer a complete solution to highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of your drivers.
The diagram above shows how CitoDrive’s assessment tools (1 to 4) can be applied. Click on the diagram to enlarge.
VVCR’s Company assessment
The first step is to collect all relevant data regarding the drivers in your organisation. This includes damage statistics, fuel consumption, number of fines, etc. This analysis provides insight into the behaviour of vehicle fleet drivers in your company. The company assessment is carried out by VVCR. Depending on the results of this analysis, you may feel the need to improve the driving behaviour of individual drivers. CitoDrive can be used for this purpose.
CitoDrive’s Classification according to risk category
You can classify your drivers into high, medium or low risk categories. To do this, the following CitoDrive assessment tools can be used:
- Situational Awareness Test
- Driver Risk Assessment
CitoDrive’s Baseline measurement for driving behaviour
The next step is the Driver Self Assessment. A baseline measurement is taken before the training takes place. A further advantage of the self-assessment is that the driver becomes more aware of his own actions. The effect of the training is thus increased. Based on the self-assessment, a tailor-made training programme can be implemented by the training organisation.
CitoDrive’s Practical assessment of driving behaviour
A fourth CitoDrive tool is used during the training itself: Driver Performance Assessment.
The aim of this tool is to assess driving standards and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each driver. The trainer assesses the driver using specially designed forms. He enters the scores later, using the trainer’s tool on the CitoDrive assessment portal. At a later stage, it will also be possible to enter the scores using a mobile telephone.
