Test Development
Cito has long-standing experience in developing theoretical and practical tests, as well as tests that combine theory and practice. The tests are useful instruments in determining the direction an individual employee should take. Tests can be used to determine the starting level, the progress made and the attainment level.
Aims and wishes
Before we start developing a test, we do a stocktaking of the employer's aims and wishes. We then translate these into measurable objectives and develop a tailor-made test. Of course, the test will be subject-specific or job-specific. It could be either paper-based or computer-based.

An example from our practice
For Organon, a pharmaceutical company, Cito develops test questions on training manuals. As the manuals are used all over the world, the tests are in English. We perform an extra check on the test questions, as English may have different shades of meaning in the various countries where the manuals are used.
